Standard Bookkeeping

($67 per hour)
These are routine bookkeeping services, which may include:

  • Recording business transactions
  • Reconciling bank/credit card accounts
  • Invoicing customers/receiving payments
  • Paying bills

Elite Bookkeeping

($98 per hour)
This is next-level Nerding, combining accounting and tech knowledge to deliver a unique service not offered by the average bookkeeper.

Services may include:

  • Systems development (on- or offline)
  • E-Commerce integrations
  • Inventory management
  • Financial analysis

Payroll Services

Payroll Services (Existing clients only)

Paycheck run – $35 per run for 1-9 employees, $45 for 10+ employees.  Includes all tax deposits

Tax deposits only – $100/mo for weekly depositors, $50/mo for monthly depositors

Quarterly tax returns – $75 per quarter for 1-9 employees, $100 per quarter for 10+ employees.  Includes one state – additional state filings $25 per return

W-2 preparation – $75 includes federal and one state filing for up to 9 employees.  Additional employees $3.99 each.  Additional state filings $10 per state.

1099 preparation – $100 includes federal and state filings for up to 9 recipients.  Additional recipients $4.99 each.

Other Fees & Terms of Service

Schedules will be determined based on a client’s needs. Options are weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly. There is a minimum of one hour for each work event. Clients can change update schedules at any time. This is all about being most efficient for clients and for Nerds.

Clients who are on a minimum of quarterly update schedule will receive priority services in tax season. Annual clients will be serviced as Nerds become available.

Please submit information/service requests via email (not text) and use our live calendar to schedule a phone or Zoom meeting. Standardizing communications in this manner allows us to provide each client with the attention that they deserve.

On-site Fee (local to New Milford only)- $100 in addition to hourly rate

Rush Fee – $50  Rush is defined as requiring services outside of your normal schedule

Sales Tax Returns – $50 for CT, $75 for other states

Premium Nerd Request – $98/hr for exclusive management of your books by Jess

Annual-only Bookkeeping – $98/hr 
Waiting until tax season to get your books together for the entire year is a terrible idea!  Make it easier for yourself, us, and your wallet by updating with us quarterly and pay the Standard rate.

Late Fees – 18% APR on all outstanding balances

Returned Payment Fee – $50
